We provide a free meet and greet service at both apartments with the exception of arrivals which are late night/very early morning. In these instances checking in arrangements will be discussed at the time of booking with us.

Arrival 4 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. (it may be possible if required to be flexible on these times on request).

Cancellation charges apply as listed below

Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Payment is accepted by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Please request detail/charges when paying by credit card which is accepted using the pay pal system.

At the time of booking a 25% booking fee applies with the balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival date. A separate £150.00 damage deposit is also required 10 weeks prior to arrival date and this is returned within 14 days of departure providing no damage has occured.

Emergency numbers for use whilst in Spain are provided for all our guests. However in order to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable holiday we would request that any onsite instructions are observed and that care is taken. The apartments including all equipment, surrounding areas, swimming pools and all facilities are used at guests own risk.
