Special offer deal for January 2012 through to June 2012 stay for up to 10 nights for the price of £299.00 in either of our apartments. Alternatively stay for 4 weeks during the same periods for £699.00 total charge per apartment. Or for the late breaks September 2012 until December 2012 £299.00 for a 10 night break.

Weekly charges for Cumbre and Denia apartments please note prices quoted are per apartment per week.

Mild winter tempertures make this an ideal locality for guests who are able to stay during the winder months. Please see our monthly temperature and sunshine hour guide by clicking on the link at the left hand side of this page.

For the month of May 2012 up until June 2012 stay up to 10 nights for the price of one week. This offer will be continued from September 2011 up until December 2011.

The above charges are for our apartments at either Cumbre del Sol or Denia.

Weekly charges include for linen and towels (excluding beach towels) and parking for one car. A meet and greet service together with airport collection can be organised for a small additional charge on request.

The following rental information applies to both apartments:-

On acceptance of a booking (which is always acknowledged in writing) we require a 25% non returnable deposit together with a refundable damage deposit of £150.00

Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

We are able to accept most major credit cards, bank transfers or cheques.
