Mild winter tempertures make this an ideal locality for guests who are able to stay during the winder months. Weekly charges include for linen and towels (excluding beach towels) and parking for one car. A meet and greet service together with airport collection can be organised for a small additional charge on request. The following rental information applies to both apartments:- On acceptance of a booking (which is always acknowledged in writing) we require a 25% non returnable deposit together with a refundable damage deposit of £150.00 Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund We are able to accept most major credit cards, bank transfers or cheques.   |
